Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plant equipment, including pumps, conveyor systems, motors, and drives.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, using technical knowledge and diagnostic tools.
- Installation and Repair: Install, repair, and replace equipment parts, components, and accessories.
- Quality Control: Inspect and test equipment to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and plant staff to achieve operational goals.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field, with a focus on equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of plant equipment, including pumps, conveyor systems, motors, and drives. Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals. Experience with fabrication, cutting, and welding.
- Work Environment: Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Hydraulics and Pneumatics Experience: Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics and pneumatics systems, and reading hydraulic schematics.
- CMMS Experience: Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Lubrication Experience: Experience performing lubrication preventative maintenance and troubleshooting lubrication-related failures.
