Job Title: Conformal Coating Specialist

At Coast Personnel, we are seeking a skilled Conformal Coating Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality conformal coating of circuit card assemblies (CCAs) for our clients.

In this position, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Parylene coating machines, as well as performing various tasks related to the ruggedization process. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Operating several different types of dispensing and coating machines
  • Masking and/or taping circuit boards
  • Inspecting assemblies to ensure proper coating coverage
  • Removing excess coating and performing manual touch-ups
Additionally, you will be required to maintain the coating and dispensing machines, transport racks of circuit boards, and perform general housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
