Household Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Household Care Specialist to join our team at Touro University. As a key member of our facilities department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our academic buildings.
Primary Responsibilities:- Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Location: Naugatuck, CT, USA
As a Household Care Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public/common areas, restrooms, and classrooms
- Providing exceptional cleaning services to ensure a healthy and safe environment
- Coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure prompt response to facility needs
- Developing and implementing procedures for maintaining facility cleanliness and safety
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards for facility maintenance and safety
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in household care or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 25-40 pounds
- Regular, reliable, and predictable work attendance
