Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Northwest Texas Healthcare System. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in assessing the nutritional status of our patients and developing personalized nutrition plans to promote optimal health and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assess the nutritional status of patients and develop individualized nutrition plans
  • Implement Medical Nutrition Therapy alongside an interdisciplinary team
  • Provide education to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
  • Registered Dietitian/Licensed Dietitian registered in state of Texas; or RD eligible
  • BLS from the American Heart Association upon hire, or within 90 days of hire date
  • One-year experience as a dietitian in a healthcare setting preferred
