Your Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your extensive experience (5+ years) in DevOps or Software Engineering to enhance tools and processes that drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity through automation of builds, regression testing, monitoring, and deployment across various environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipeline performance, drawing on over 5 years of troubleshooting experience.
  • Apply your knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services to ensure effective deployment and management of containerized applications.
  • Leverage your background as a Site Reliability Engineer to maintain high availability and reliability of production systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategy and design, ensuring adherence to standards throughout the containerization lifecycle.
  • Provide recommendations for resources that facilitate secure and efficient container adoption for clients.
  • Continuously develop your DevOps skills while contributing to the advancement of critical cloud platforms.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or Software Engineering, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting CI/CD pipeline issues with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization tools and platforms, including Docker and Kubernetes, for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer for at least 2 years.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana, as well as CI tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code principles and practices.
  • Understanding of Site Reliability concepts and networking protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse technology stacks in an agile setting.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in resolving production issues within established ITSM frameworks.
  • Relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer.
