Job Summary

The ideal candidate will function as a Construction Project Manager for RPM Builds LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from pre-planning through final execution, working closely with the management team and acting as a point of contact with field personnel, clients, and other construction professionals on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Oversee all stages of project life cycle, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Leadership: Lead project implementation, develop and maintain project schedules, and coordinate logistics for multiple crews on multiple project locations nationwide.
  • Communication: Communicate with management, field personnel, and customers on a daily basis, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized project documentation, including records of progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Travel: Expected travel 25% of the time for jobsite inspections, crew coordination, kickoffs, and inspections as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in the bolted storage tank and silo industry is desired, with heavy construction experience required.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication skills, verbal and written, industry knowledge, and ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is preferred, but all degrees are considered. Associates with 2-4 years' experience or 2-5 years' experience is desired.
