About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT lawyer to join our team at Erskine Law, PC. As an IT lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on technology-related matters to clients in the automotive industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and law, with experience drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents related to technology transactions. You should be well-versed in IT principles, practices, and values, and have a good understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the field.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess risks associated with technology projects and ensure that business objectives are met. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with third-party vendors and negotiating contracts.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

- Drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents related to technology transactions

Requirements
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Strong background in information technology and law
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents related to technology transactions
- Well-versed in IT principles, practices, and values
- Good understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the field
