As a key member of our hemodialysis team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of safe and effective hemodialysis therapy to patients in our outpatient dialysis centers.
Key Responsibilities- Direct Patient Care: Provide direct patient care to hemodialysis patients, including assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing treatment protocols.
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of registered nurses and patient care technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and efficient operation of the dialysis center.
- Education and Training: Provide education and training to patients and staff on hemodialysis therapy, vascular access care, and other related topics.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in hemodialysis nursing, with a strong background in patient care and team leadership.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification and hemodialysis certification (e.g., CCHT or RRT).
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
