BridgePoint Associates is on the lookout for an Economic Stability Specialist to deliver comprehensive case management services aimed at assisting individuals affected by domestic violence. In this role, you will oversee a diverse caseload, providing guidance in areas such as employment, education, and financial literacy. Your efforts will be crucial in connecting clients with vital resources to aid in their recovery and self-sufficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate clients' requirements concerning economic stability, educational opportunities, and housing solutions
- Develop and execute tailored service plans for each client
- Facilitate referrals to both internal and external support services
- Assist clients with applications for housing programs
- Enhance our network of community resources
- Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions
- Engage in community outreach initiatives
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a comparable discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust with clients
- Familiarity with database management systems; experience with Salesforce is advantageous
- Experience working with domestic violence survivors or similar populations is preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset
