As a Child Care Professional at Gold's Gym - Gym Quest, Inc., you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to children in our designated Kids Club area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of our young members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and engaging environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts to promote learning and fun.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff, fostering a sense of community and trust.
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and progress.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to create a secure and nurturing environment, prioritizing the needs of our young members.
- Availability to work weekdays and alternate weekends, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our members.
