We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. This is a rewarding career opportunity that will allow you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to clients in their homes, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that address each client's unique needs and goals.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' physical therapy needs and develop effective care plans.
- Perform home visits to provide physical therapy services, including exercises, stretching, and strengthening activities, as well as modalities such as heat, cold, and electrical stimulation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Educate clients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to promote optimal recovery and prevent future injuries or complications.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
- A current North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package, including:
