Summer Internship OpportunityWe are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our 2025 Summer Internship Program. This program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working on real-world projects that contribute to the success of our business.
As a summer intern, you will be assigned to a specific functional area, where you will work closely with a coach to develop a project that aligns with our business objectives. You will have the opportunity to attend a lunch series, which will provide a cross-functional view into our organization and give you exposure to senior leadership. Additionally, you will participate in a robust series of events, including an in-store experience, hack day, and capstone presentation.
Responsibilities- Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and management of key projects within your assigned department.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and strategy development.
- Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing project findings, data analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Work with different teams and departments to ensure alignment and support for ongoing initiatives.
- Rising Junior, rising Senior, or graduate class standing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong, clear, and concise communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, stay organized, and focus on details.
