Key Responsibilities of the Assembler Role:
  • Execute simple, repetitive hand and machine assembly/production tasks.
  • Utilize basic hand tools for the assembly of small components.
  • Conduct visual inspections and utilize various gauges for quality checks.
  • Document production metrics accurately.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Both entry-level and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Prior assembly and production experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to work with hands and operate small hand tools effectively.
  • Good hand-eye coordination is essential.
  • Capability to lift up to 10 pounds consistently.
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
