Holbrook Heating Inc is seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HVAC professional to lead our installation team. As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing residential heating and cooling systems with precision and efficiency, leading a team of installers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and cooling systems with precision and efficiency.
• Lead a team of installers, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every homeowner.
• Utilize expertise in troubleshooting and repair to keep systems running smoothly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC installer.
• Strong understanding of wiring diagrams, blueprints, and air balancing techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership qualities.
• Possession of Universal EPA Certification, Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School, and NATE Certified.
