Work Schedule:
Flexibility is required to accommodate an assigned schedule between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sundays. Availability for varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential, with a minimum of two weekends per month. The average weekly hours are around 20.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload merchandise from shipments, tagging, folding, hanging, and pricing items for display on the sales floor or in storage.
- Restock products on the sales floor and ensure proper display of merchandise.
- Assist customers and sales staff in retrieving and loading purchased items.
- Maintain a tidy workspace and surrounding areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the store and back stock sections.
- Perform basic arithmetic operations and comprehend written instructions and correspondence.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and support role maintenance.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and professionalism while interacting with all organizational levels.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with customers and colleagues.
- Follow instructions provided in various formats and pay attention to detail.

Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, along with 1-3 months of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be capable of performing various physical activities, including sitting, standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching, walking, pushing/pulling, lifting, talking, and hearing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
This position involves very heavy work, requiring the exertion of over 100 pounds of force occasionally, over 50 pounds frequently, and over 20 pounds constantly to move objects. The physical demands exceed those typical for heavy work.
