Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Home Health RN to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Wailuku, Hawaii. As a home health nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes, working with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need at least one year of experience as a registered nurse and six months of recent home health experience. You must also have a current RN license, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.
