Job Summary

BellStores Inc. is hiring a Retail Experience Associate to provide top-notch customer service and support in our convenience store setting. This role involves managing sales transactions, stocking merchandise, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve team objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through attentive service and product knowledge
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Restock shelves and coolers as needed
  • Work effectively with colleagues to meet sales targets and maintain store appearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand for extended periods (90% of work time)
  • Lift up to 40# daily (stocking shelves, coolers, back room)
  • Reach above head for storage and inventory
  • Bend frequently (down and side to side) for cleaning and restocking
  • Push and pull carts and equipment regularly

Essential Qualities:

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Dependable and honest individual
  • Reliable transportation and communication

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, this role offers an estimated hourly rate of $13.25.
