Job Title: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Davenport, Iowa.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions. This is a 13-week contract position, working 36 hours per week, with a 12-hour night shift schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to meet their respiratory needs.
  • Provide respiratory care, including the insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes, and perform timely and accurate documentation.
  • Promote continuous quality improvement and teach and counsel patients and families.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist, with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Maintain current CPR or BCLS certification, with BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
