Job Summary

White Horse Village, a leading provider of senior living services, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with bathing, toileting, and dressing, ensuring their personal care needs are met.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
  • Take meal orders and deliver meals to residents who require assistance, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
  • Assist residents with restorative nursing programs, including passive range of motion exercises and ambulation.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, including accidents, incidents, and allegations of abuse.
  • Collect and label urine, sputum, and emesis specimens as required.
  • Remove soiled linen from beds and stretchers, replacing with clean linen as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and current CNA certification in the state of PA.
  • At least one year of experience working in a direct patient care setting, with long-term care experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move patients, and to walk or stand for long periods of time.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle emotional and stressful situations in a professional manner.
  • Ability to provide resident-centered care and promote a positive and respectful environment.
