Job Title: Senior Engineering/Program Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering/Program Manager to join our team at Joint Strategic Technologies (JST). This is a full-time onsite position with potential hybrid/remote work at Defense Health Agency (DHA) headquarters in Virginia.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement project goals for DHA CAE, driving analysis of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) associated with DoD and DHA occupational and environmental health.
  2. Apply best practice PMO methodology to create project plans that meet stakeholders' needs and deliver within budget on desired outcomes.
  3. Prepare, maintain, and submit clear and concise activity/progress reports, time recording, and management reports.
  4. Define, teach, and enforce the use of good project management practices.
  5. Collaborate with senior Government and industry officials to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP or equivalent).
  • Active secret clearance.
  • Experience in developing project goals, managing cost, schedule, and performance parameters, and preparing management reports.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.
