This is a travel nursing position with Home Health Pennsylvania, a reputable healthcare organization that values the well-being of their patients and staff. As a Hospice RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role
This is a 13-week assignment with a competitive hourly rate. The shift details include 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with 40 hours scheduled per week. You will be working as a Hospice RN, providing compassionate care to patients in need.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a current active and unencumbered state license and at least 2 years of current experience as a Hospice RN. Your skills and qualifications should include the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
