Behavior Therapist

Project Hope Foundation, a leading nonprofit in the Upstate of South Carolina, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work closely with individuals on the autism spectrum, providing 1:1 pediatric therapy to promote positive behavior, life skills, and communication building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to clients in a pediatric setting
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide support and guidance to clients and their families

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Commitment to obtaining RBT certification (we cover all costs)
• Reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Clear background check
