Position Summary:We are currently seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for our Horsham, PA location. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the assembly, testing, and production processes associated with electro-mechanical devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret and adhere to engineering assembly drawings, bills of materials, manufacturing protocols, work instructions, and other relevant documentation.
- Fabricate wire harnesses using techniques such as wire splicing, crimping, and the installation of various connectors.
- Assemble and calibrate electro-mechanical products.
- Conduct assembly and testing of diverse mechanical systems utilizing standard electronic testing equipment.
- Perform electrical parameter checks on the final assembly of electro-mechanical products.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
- Proficient in operating hand tools, electrical tools, and measuring equipment.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols, reporting any potentially hazardous conditions.
- Conduct all work in compliance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
A High School Diploma is mandatory. Candidates should possess basic experience with hand and power tools, including cutters, strippers, and crimpers. Familiarity with basic electronics, soldering to J-STD-001 standards, and the ability to operate standard electronic testing equipment such as oscilloscopes and meters is preferred.
