Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our Virtual Health Center team. As a Virtual ICU Nurse, you will provide top-notch care to patients while leveraging data analytics and direct patient monitoring to identify and interpret trends. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with hospital-based care teams in acute and critical care settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in a virtual setting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
  • Prioritize patient wellness and safety, incorporating evidence-based practice into daily care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
  • Monitor care standards, rapid response interventions, and sepsis alerts in partnership with hospital care teams

Requirements:
  • Current CO RN license or eNLC privileges
  • At least 1 year of experience in ICU nursing
  • Current ACLS certification
  • BLS certification through AHA or ARC
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
