Transportation Clerk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Transportation Clerk to join our team at Skyline Ventures. As a key member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for issuing traffic regulatory orders, permits, and licenses, as well as providing exceptional customer service to citizens, entrepreneurs, and local traffic authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue traffic regulatory orders and permits for events, commercial freight transport, and community licenses
• Process invoice receipts and create statistics and data overviews
• Provide personal and telephone consultation with citizens, entrepreneurs, and local traffic authorities
• Correspond with municipal traffic monitoring
• Perform various tasks in road and path law

Requirements:

• Successfully completed training as an administrative officer or administrative assistant in a comparable field
• Strong team and communication skills, with the ability to handle criticism and conflicts
• Independence, reliability, and a strong service orientation
