Job Overview
Taco Boy is seeking a highly skilled and charismatic individual to fill the role of Hospitality Ambassador. This exciting opportunity is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming and seating guests in a timely and professional manner. Your primary objective will be to set the stage for a delightful dining experience by handling phone inquiries, taking carryout orders, and bidding guests farewell upon departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, radiating warmth and hospitality.
  • Seat servers' sections in a balanced manner, following rotation whenever possible.
  • Guide guests to their tables and introduce them to their designated server.
  • Stay informed about table availability, both indoors and outdoors, for effective seating arrangements.
  • Efficiently manage the waitlist to ensure a smooth flow of guests.
  • Assist in light bussing and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Foster clear communication with other hosts, servers, and managers.
  • Answer phone calls, handle carryout orders, and provide excellent service over the phone.
  • Express gratitude to guests for choosing Taco Boy and bid them a warm farewell.

Estimated Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
