Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Clinic team in Seekonk, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in our Outpatient Clinic. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to assess, evaluate, and treat patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in our Outpatient Clinic, including assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct patient education and training to promote independence and optimal outcomes.
• Supervise and direct support personnel as needed.
• Manage technical, environmental, and financial resources effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the state of Rhode Island.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the English language.
• Basic skills in math and computer science.
• Appropriate knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques to manage the rehabilitation population.
• Computer proficiency required, with Microsoft Office applications preferred.

• Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills, working with diverse populations.
• Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and contribute as a member of a team.
• High level of service delivery, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing situations.
