SBM Management Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Conduct surface care, including dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, and cleaning blinds and draperies to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Empty trash and recycle bins, and transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Replace light bulbs and restock supply cabinets/rooms to ensure a well-maintained facility.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
