Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist healthcare providers with patient-related needs before, during, and after care, ensuring timely, efficient, and compassionate service.
  • Prepare patients for appointments and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Assist with medical procedures, dressing changes, and supply management.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including chart preparation, paperwork, and prior authorizations.
  • Triage patient needs and coordinate extra care at other facilities.
  • Collect lab specimens, perform lab tests, and maintain quality control.
  • Administer medications, start IVs, and perform wound care.
  • Participate in daily huddles, meetings, and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices.
  • Travel to other clinics and pods to provide coverage as needed.
  • Provide patient education and support upon request.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Current nursing license and BLS certification required.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience and exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate proficiency with computers and electronic medical records.
  • Comprehensive nursing skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
