Luxury Beauty Advisor Job Description

At Ulta Beauty, we're seeking a talented Luxury Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Luxury Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for maximizing sales in Luxury brands by engaging guests to determine their individual needs and assisting guests in the selection and purchase of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed Luxury brand sales and clientele goals
  • Build the business by achieving sales targets and using all levers to build guest loyalty
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging every guest, personalizing service to their needs, and offering samples and recommendations
  • Have solid knowledge of Luxury brands and share knowledge with guests and the team
  • Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and the guest experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by applicable state law
  • Cosmetics artistry experience preferred
