As an Independent Optometrist, you will have the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule. You will also have the opportunity to lease space inside our Sam's Club and take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide eye and vision care services to patients
  • Establish and maintain a patient schedule
  • Set and manage your fee schedule
  • Control your days of practice and hours of operation
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
  • W-9

As an Independent Optometrist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality eye and vision care services to patients, while also managing your own practice and schedule.
