We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at one of our skilled nursing facilities in Blanchester, Ohio. As an Occupational Therapist with Broad River Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating residents, under orders from a physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potentials in all areas of a resident's life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate residents' physical and mental abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to residents and caregivers

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • An Ohio Occupational Therapy license
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
