Reliability Engineer

Mesabi Metallics Company LLC is seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our concentrator maintenance team. This role will focus on enhancing the reliability and efficiency of concentrator operations through data analysis, preventive maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing equipment performance data, developing and implementing reliability models, designing and optimizing preventive maintenance programs, and leading root cause analysis investigations.
The Reliability Engineer will work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to enhance equipment reliability and performance. They will also maintain and update reliability documentation, provide training and support to team members, and identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in the mining or heavy industrial sector. They will be proficient in reliability analysis tools and techniques, as well as maintenance management software. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) are also required.
