Job Title: Manual Machinist

About the Role:

CTL Aerospace is a leading provider of aerospace services, specializing in the overhaul and repair of aircraft metal and composite components. We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.
  • Use precision tools, machinery, and equipment to fabricate and shape parts.
  • Properly select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, and attachments onto machines.
  • Recognize and deploy inserts, fixtures, and tooling as needed.
  • Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
  • Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
  • Mandatory FAA drug and alcohol screening.
  • Able to work in a repair environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
