UPMC North Central Pa. is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join our established pediatric team in Coudersport, Pennsylvania. As an employed service partner, you will benefit from a competitive salary and benefit package, annual incentive bonuses, relocation assistance, generous CME days and dollars, medical malpractice coverage, and a robust retirement and benefits package.
About the RoleThe pediatric team consists of three Pediatricians and one part-time APP, providing care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The workload is expected to be between 20-25 encounters per month, with approximately 220 to 250 deliveries per year. The nursery typically has 0-3 newborns, and rare pediatric admissions are usually transferred to a children's hospital.
Requirements- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Any level of experience
Physician employment is with UPMC Cole, with an initial agreement requiring a minimum 36-month term. Compensation is based on MGMA median as surveys are released, and relocation reimbursement stipend and signing bonus are negotiable.
