Timmons Group is seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer II/III - Structure & Bridge Design to join our team in Raleigh, NC.
About the RoleThis role involves designing and developing structure and bridge designs, assisting with project management and marketing efforts, and collaborating with team members to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of general renewable energy nomenclature and be able to assist with the development of scope, schedule, and budgets for projects.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine and complex design of steel piles and steel connections
- Develop cast-in-place concrete slab designs
- Assist with project management and marketing efforts
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and 2+ years of experience in structure and/or bridge design. Proficiency in structural design software packages such as LPile, Mathcad, Excel, and AutoCAD is required. Estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
