Cybersecurity Engineer

About the Job: As a Senior Analytics Engineer at NIKE, Inc. in Beaverton, OR, you will play a crucial role in protecting and securing our systems that store data within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the network and systems in a security capacity to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
2. Develop and implement effective security measures to prevent intrusions and breaches, and respond to any incidents that may arise.
3. Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot faults and ensure that our systems are running smoothly and securely.
4. Administer and install firewalls, intrusion detection systems, intrusion prevention systems, and SIEM solutions to protect our networks and systems.
5. Plan upgrades and recommend solutions to management to stay ahead of potential security threats.
6. Provide comprehensive reports and presentations to stakeholders on security breaches, assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions to enhance system security.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in an engineering-related occupation. Your experience should include Information Security, Cyber Security, Detection engineering technology, Cyber Security data analysis, Security Operations Center (SOC), Incident Response, Security Information Event Management (SIEM) technology, Security Orchestration Automation and Response (SOAR) technology, Data engineering technology, Insider threat analysis, and Software development technology.
