As a Senior Project Engineer, you will oversee projects from the initial design phase to final production approval. Your responsibilities will encompass various elements such as tooling, fixtures, gauging, production workflows, scheduling, dimensional validation, cost management, profitability analysis, and client communication.
Essential Skills
  • Expertise in operating diverse equipment, including precision measurement tools and lifting apparatuses.
  • Comprehensive understanding of tooling, material properties, and general manufacturing and machining methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ISO/IATF/AS quality system standards and protocols.
  • Proficient in 3D solid modeling software (SolidCast) and NX (UniGraphics).
  • Application of GD&T principles and continuous flow manufacturing techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite applications.
Interpersonal Skills
  • Effective project management capabilities.
  • Strong client communication skills.

Work Environment

This position requires full on-site presence. The role involves a mix of office duties and hands-on activities on the production floor.
