Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at TETRA Technologies, Inc. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of all engines, drives, generators, hydraulic and air systems, and other mechanical equipment associated with our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all mechanical equipment
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify maintenance needs
  • Follow preventive maintenance procedures and maintain records
  • Operate equipment and engines as needed
  • Ensure compliance with lockout-tagout procedures
  • Supervise or perform transfers of fuel, oil, lubricants, and coolants

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience with similar equipment
  • PEC Basic Safety Certificate, 24-hour HAZWOPER Certificate, First Aid/CPR Certificate

Work Environment: The Diesel Mechanic will work in a fast-paced industrial environment with moderate to loud noise levels. The position requires regular lifting and moving of equipment, as well as working in various weather conditions.
