About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Rehrig Pacific Company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and performing maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of all Rehrig Pacific's Direct-to-Store Delivery (DSD) and Supply Chain Technology Offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical and hydraulic schematics, with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A minimum of 5 years Material Handling Field Service experience is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Perform assigned equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs as needed.
  2. Support customer fleet check-ins and warranty service requests.
  3. Process paperwork post-service completion to support billed or warranty-related work.
  4. Maintain safety stock inventory of spare parts and provide customer feedback to support product improvement.
