Marketing Director Job Description

At Mitchell Martin, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns
  • Manage and analyze marketing data to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and refine sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation and digital communications
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
