Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Jewish Hospital. As a key member of our medical imaging team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical expertise in the field of interventional radiology.

Responsibilities
  • Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and angiography machines, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Assist radiologists and other medical professionals during interventional procedures, such as angioplasty and stent placement.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them for optimal imaging.
  • Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any complications or emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and imaging results.
Requirements
  • ARRT Radiology certification (VI or CI preferred)
  • KY Radiation Operators License
  • BLS certification
  • 2+ years of experience in interventional radiology technology
  • Preferred ARRT VI or CI certification, neuro experience
