Position Overview

As an Owner Operator, you will benefit from comprehensive support from our dedicated team to ensure your success.

Job Highlights
  • Owner Operator role
  • Variety of trailer types: Dry Van, Hopper Bottom, Refrigerated, Flatbed, and Power Only
  • Long-haul (OTR)
  • Average weekly earnings between $5,500 - $7,500, paid weekly
  • Receive 85% of the load
  • Average mileage of 2,000 - 2,800 miles per week
  • Discounts available for base plates
  • Dedicated line haul opportunities
  • 5% charge for driver load/unload
  • No tarping required
Home Time Expectations
  • Expected to be out for 3 - 10 days
  • Flexibility to extend time out if desired
  • Home at least two weekends each month
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Manage customer paperwork and deposits, including invoices and load orders.
  • Maintain a driver's log in line with DOT regulations.
  • Engage with customers daily to foster positive relationships.
  • Be available for work to meet customer pickup and delivery timelines.
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment.
Equipment Specifications
  • No maximum truck age policy
  • Overdimensional trucks are not permitted
Orientation Information
  • Orientation is unpaid
  • Accommodation costs are covered
  • Private rooms provided for drivers
  • Meals included: Breakfast and Lunch
  • Orientation may be conducted online
  • Some travel expenses may be reimbursed
Qualifications
  • Class A license without restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, or (K) Intrastate Only
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Tractor Trailers
