Job Title: Dental Hygienist

North Country HealthCare is seeking a licensed dental provider to join our team as a Dental Hygienist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing general practice dental/oral hygiene services to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and therapeutic dental hygiene procedures under the supervision of a licensed dentist.
  • Engage in patient/community education on oral health and hygiene practices.
  • Participate in related or associated duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona license.
  • Certificate of completion from an accredited Dental Hygiene Program.
  • Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility.
