Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Teacher at our KinderCare Learning Center in Wendell, North Carolina. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and development in young children.

• Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Partner with parents to support their child's learning and development
• Support the success of our center by working collaboratively with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents
