Nurse Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Leader to join our team at Paris Healthcare Center.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with nursing standards and regulations.
- Supervise CNA staff in the delivery of direct resident care.
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Be physically capable of performing job duties, including walking, reaching, lifting, and pushing/pulling equipment.
- Possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
