• Familiarity with the hospitality sector is advantageous.
• Architectural background preferred for effective plan interpretation and analysis.
• Proficient in using takeoff software for initial estimates.
• Experience with Bluebeam and Procure for digital takeoff processes.
• Engage with subcontractors for thorough bid assessments.
• Contribute to the formulation of comprehensive project budgets.
