Key Responsibilities- Adhere to Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) to ensure seamless restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even during high-pressure situations, to set a positive example for colleagues and uphold store standards.
- Stay informed about menu offerings, promotions, merchandise, and advertisements to provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in training new team members by recognizing and rewarding good performance, and providing constructive feedback when needed.
- Contribute to a positive team dynamic and communicate any changes in team morale or performance to the General Manager.
- Follow Kizuki operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety protocols, to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure regular and punctual attendance to meet business needs.
- Perform routine food service activities according to established operational policies and procedures, and prepare high-quality food items to order for guests.
- Adhere to food and restaurant safety standards and guidelines to ensure guest safety.
- Pay attention to detail in food and service quality, and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Ensure adequate supplies of ingredients are prepared according to company specifications and local health regulations.
- Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are maintained to ensure guest safety.
- Meet special guest requests while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, and seek clarification when needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, potentially up to 4 hours.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to heat, cold, and cleaning chemicals.
