Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Clinician to join our Surgical Services team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines and clinical pathways.
- Participate in clinical improvement activities and staff development initiatives to enhance patient care and staff performance.
- Maintain established standards of care and practice through ongoing education and training.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
- Two years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the area of nursing assigned.
- Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of Georgia.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- National Certification in Clinical Specialty (preferred).
This role is a full-time position with a regular schedule of 7AM-3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Weekend requirements are minimal.
