Join Aspen Dental as a Lead Dentist

As a Lead Dentist at Aspen Dental, you will be responsible for managing a patient-centric team and providing exceptional quality of care. You will conduct comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnose dental conditions, and offer treatment planning options to patients. Your clinical judgment and leadership skills will be essential in maintaining an awareness of the budget and working in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
  • Assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
  • Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives
Requirements:
  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
